A wonderfully located apartment, with a 50 sqm large living room, with a nice open kitchen, a separate bedroom about 17 sqm, French balcony and a beautiful marbled bath. Of course we offer cable TV, towels, bed linen and final cleaning at no extra cost. A car parking space directly at the object for 7.50 € / day. All sights within walking distance. z. B. Schlossparkcenter 300 m, museum, theater 500 m Zippendorf bathing beach approx. 4.5 km.
The room rate is based on an occupancy of 2 persons.
