The open living and dining area forms the center. Here you sit comfortably with your meal or relax on the sofa. The integrated kitchenette offers all the comforts, dishwasher and microwave, coffeemaker and many more connected. So you will find two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds and a pull-out bed.  A modern shower room with walk-in shower completes the tasteful accommodation for the unforgettable Baltic Sea holiday in Boltenhagen. Weather permitting, the furnished balcony offers a nice place to linger. In the underground car park is a reserved parking space for cars available. Bicycles, for a fee also loaned, can be deposited in the basement. Special features The non-smoking apartment is also suitable for seniors and people with mobility problems. For young children u. a. a travel cot and a high chair and a proper carts kept. Bring with you to 2 pets (plus 10 € / Ov per pet). Bicycles In the underground garage there are 2 general storage rooms. Here you can accommodate your borrowed or brought bicycles & Co. Bicycles you can in the village z. For example, you can borrow 15b from our co-partner "way2bike" in Ostseeallee. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental offers many more things around the bike, but also carts and much more. You are also welcome to use the pick-up and delivery service from / to the holiday property. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!Information about the bikes & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no liability for the provided carts (in the apartment own cellar) Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for borrowing replacement devices can take over, if the devices are defective, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The wagon is offered as a bonus with and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person 15,00 € per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can see the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
