Literally on the beach, you can see the sun rise from one side of the ocean and set on the other. Cape Canaveral is only 30 minutes away, and you can even watch the rockets taking off from your rear balcony. Orlando and Disney are under 1.5 hours away. Spot dolphins, sharks, and other wildlife just outside the home, or visit the turtle hatching sanctuary (more turtles hatch here than anywhere else in North America). Fish directly from the beach behind the home or cast from Sebastian Inlet Pier (10 minutes away). Everything from common snook to massive tarpon can be caught in the area, with a marina and boat launches nearby. Pompano fishing is particularly popular!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
