A very nice chalet and a separate guest cottage in an idyllic location in the 44ha in Cap Ferret, a few steps from the bay, near Pointe, ocean beach 15min walk.
Chalet: approx. 50m2, living room with sitting area and fully equipped American kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with 1.40m x 1.90m double bed, shower room and separate toilet. Wooden terrace with garden furniture and outdoor shower. 436m2 plot with parking space.
Guest house: 17m2, double bed 1. 40m x 2.00m. Shower room with toilet.
Depending on the number of people, the chalet can be rented alone (up to 4 persons) or with the guest house.
Distances: bay about 200m, ocean about 1500m, restaurant chez Hortense about 150m, center Cap Ferret about 3000m
