A great 4BR/2BA SoCal Orange County house with a full kitchen, two separate living rooms (separate levels), and wonderful set of common areas outdoor: Two Patios (Upper and Lower), large turf grass yard, outdoor fireplace. Were in a great location with plenty of parking (2 Cars in the Driveway, 3-4 spots for street parking). Great location (Walking distance: California Pizza Kitchen, Trader Joes and Bowling) with many other shopping, restaurants, and county parks close. 45 minutes to Disneyland and 25 Minutes to Beaches in Laguna Niguel/Dana Point. Pool and beach access in SAMLARC.org community (15-minute drive) to lake and pool areas included and a daily fee pool a 10-minute walk and 2-minute drive. This is a great family oriented and pet friendly place that allows people to have their own space to enjoy.

I was brought up in Orange County and departed after high school to serve in the Air Force (Academy). I returned after I retired and purchased this home for my family and excited to share it with you as we have moved.

Why they chose this property

Award winning neighborhood and lake community. Although access to the lake is limited to owners, another property provides access to SAMLARC/Santa Margarita lake and several community pools. While the road is higher traffic, noise is not an issue for gatherings.
