Welcome to Posada your holiday home!

The house is located in Posada, a town in northeastern Sardinia in the province of Nuoro.

The house is only 1500 meters from the sea and the beach of "Su Tiriarzu" (Guida Blu 2013: "most beautiful beach in Italy") can be reached in 8 minutes on foot (there is a bike path) or by car (2 minutes).

The house is equipped with every comfort: washing machine, fridge, freezer, TV, stove, sofa. The holiday home offers two comfortable bedrooms with two single beds and a double bed and a spacious bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. In addition, the house offers a cozy kitchen with terrace with barbecue to relax and enjoy the pure and clean air of Sardinia.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the beaches, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, bakery and so on.
