New Orleans Pied-a-Terre part Deux

Historic double-shotgun conveniently located within minutes to everything New Orleans has to offer! Off-street parking included. Clean and Cozy, high and dry.
We live in Florida and have been in love with New Orleans for years, so we finally made the leap and bought our second home here! We are located less than 2 miles from the charming shops and restaurants in the French Quarter and 2 miles from the great music on Frenchmen Street! We have a drive space in front of the duplex which is KEY.
