Why they chose this property

This property is a hidden gem here in Pensacola. Its nestled away in an Industrial area off in a corner of its own, lost to the world, however, so close to all things amazing in Pensacola (beaches, bases, and downtown minutes away).

The condominium building is located on the Martinique Bayou and Marina. This unit is a waterfront (water view) unit. You will love all this property has to offer in its serenity.

What makes this property unique

Pet friendly property. Great for dog walking
Past guests have seen dolphins frolicking in the bayou off the docks in the morning sunrise.
Blue Angels do home practices every Wednesday. You can watch them for FREE right from your back porch.
