Previous creative space to local design company with a refreshingly cool open layout fitted for entertaining. Work/live potential & perfect for the artist type. Fully furnished and featuring a 8'x10' bed that sleeps 4 comfortably. Simply put, a super dope spot in town.
The space
The space is on the second floor of a free standing building living in an Artist's Compound. Neighbors in both properties are creative types with occasional events taking place in the communal areas. Guests are always more than welcome to join. This unit was converted into a creative work live space by a design firm that has curated all of the units on the property. Furnished and very zen like in energy. Giant bed and tons of room to free your mind and entertain yourself and others.

All access. What's in the unit is yours to enjoy, dining tables, desks, beds, chairs, a small fridge w/ freezer, 50" flat screen, bose speaker system. Glass sketching wall for dry erase story boarding. Our space is yours to enjoy.
