**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$1000.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 7 working days after the check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe;

* Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom, where both can be transformed into a suite.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building.

**To use the condominium's barbecue, a fee must be paid.
