Parking notes: A $40 per vehicle cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at check-in. Please ensure that any parking permit is displayed at all times.

Property damage protection: $5000 coverage for $99 includes repair on broken items that is reported to the owner at time of damage (prior to departure). If damages are not reported prior to departure tenant/renter would be responsible to pay out of pocket for repair damages.

Extreme cleaning fee: If property is left needing extreme cleaning there is an additional $75 fee responsible by the tenant/renter.

Keys:
Pool keys and Bayside balcony key are located in the kitchen drawer next to the stove. Tenant/renter is responsible to replace any lost or missing keys at a cost of $30 per key.
