The holiday home, in fact half of a semi-detached house, is situated on a secure, fenced property in a very quiet part of the resort, but is only 650 meters from the beautiful seaside beach. The city center with many attractions, cafes and restaurants is also within a few steps. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. It has elegant rooms on 3 floors. On the ground floor there are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with a shower). On the first floor there is a very spacious living room with a huge table, comfortable, large sofa and TV. The living room also has an atmospheric fireplace and an exit to the balcony. On the same floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and another bathroom with shower. On the second floor of the building there are 3 more bedrooms and a bathroom (this time with a bathtub, there is also a washing machine). The house has central heating. It can also be additionally heated by a fireplace (you can buy wood from the host), so you can be sure of a comfortable rest here at any time of the year. Overall, the facility has 6 separate bedrooms and as many as 4 bathrooms. In addition to the living room, satellite TV is also available in 4 bedrooms. The fenced, well-kept area is at the exclusive disposal of guests, along with a set of garden furniture and barbecue facilities (there is a garden gazebo). There is also a safe car park (for up to 3 cars) and a small playground (trampoline, swing, sandbox). There is WiFi internet access in the resort. The hosts of the center know the area well and are happy to help guests with tourist information, provide their knowledge about the most interesting places and attractions. They also offer the purchase of local food products from reliable suppliers, including cheese, fresh and smoked fish. The price includes: consumption of water and electricity, heating, internet, parking, high chair. Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Ustronie Morskie is located in Western Pomerania, 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, a seaside climate, and a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort. Ustronie Morskie is a well-known and popular resort on the Polish coast - many cultural and sports events are organized here. Active, in addition to sunbathing and sea bathing, can take advantage of hiking and biking tours, horse riding and sightseeing flights. The water in this region is one of the cleanest on the Polish Baltic coast and safety is ensured by qualified lifeguards equipped with specialist equipment. Local attractions: fishing harbor and colorful fishing boats on the beach. There are two promenades in Ustronie Morskie. Lovers of swimming in the pool are invited to the local Helios Aquapark (indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, hydro massage, whirlpool). This sports complex also offers a bowling alley, tennis courts and sports fields. The water park is only 200 m away from the resort. Due to its location in the eastern district of the resort, you can quickly go for a walk towards the neighboring village (Wieniotowo). The road goes through a forest where you can find military monuments from World War II (bunkers, etc.). In Ustronie Morskie, the Bread Open-Air Museum is worth visiting, where you can try bread baked according to ancient, natural recipes. Bread is baked in a 120-year-old bread oven. You can also see antique items that are closely related to the bread baking process (old burrs, churns, slicers, etc.). The international bicycle route R-10 runs through Ustronie Morskie, which allows you to easily and pleasantly cycle to Kołobrzeg, approx. 10 km away (a city with many monuments, a lighthouse, a long walking pier, a promenade). On the way, you pass Sianożęty - a small summer resort. Driving in the opposite direction (to the east), you can visit Gąski (lighthouse), Sarbinowo, and even Mielno located on the spit between the Baltic Sea and Lake Jamno.
