Beautiful villa over 2 floors with a large outdoor area, terraces by the pool, additional balcony. Ideal for sunbathing. Very nice sea view available. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, 2 minutes by car, free parking spaces are available. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the upper floor. On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
On-site costs:
Tourist tax: 0.90 € / person over 16 years, up to max. 7 nights.
Beach towels if required for € 10 / person (prior reservation required).
Baby cot and high chair for € 25 / stay (prior reservation required).
Pet for 30 € / stay.
On arrival you will receive an entrance badge for the villa park from the barrier keeper. One-off costs for this: 10 €. With this badge you can drive in and out of the urbanization at any time during your vacation.
