Our villa on the sunny slope is newly built and offers two fully equipped villa floors as holiday apartments. Both apartments are surrounded by large terraces. The garden apartment offers sand play opportunities for children, a closed large terrace with access to a beautifully landscaped garden with a beautiful view of Lake Traunsee, the Höllen Mountains and the city center of Gmunden. The villa is located on a slope, from there it is only a few minutes (approx. 1 km) to the public lawn with lake access. Restaurants and shops can also be reached in a few minutes. The garden apartment is accessible to children and the disabled with an elevator. Cot, buggy and high chair.  Carport. Dogs are welcome on request. The outdoor whirlpool is available free of charge from May 1st to the end of October.  NEW this year: After a 5-minute drive, a private bathing place is available on the sunny east bank.
