One of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms is located on the ground floor, so that the house is also suitable for the disabled. There is also a large living-dining area with an integrated and well-equipped kitchen, in which you will not miss anything. In any case, you can spend wonderful hours here with family and friends. As a special highlight it should be mentioned that there is an infrared heat cabin in the house. This invites you to relax and unwind, especially on cold and wet rainy days. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the spacious terrace with garden furniture and an awning. Another small terrace with a beach chair completes the offer. It is a non-smoking house, which is very suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are not allowed. You benefit from high-quality equipment that includes underfloor heating, floor-level showers, free WiFi, electric shutters and fly screens. There is a garden shed for your bikes on the property, where you can also charge e-bikes. There are also 2 parking spaces available. Optionally, you can book a laundry package for € 15 per person, which then includes bed linen, towels, shower rugs and a dish towel.
