The nice quiet neighborhood is a 5-minute drive from Uptown. The grocery store is a short walk, just .25 mile away. The kitchen offers basic cutlery and cookware. The bathroom has an excellent hot water supply. There is a backyard with a private enclosed seating area. There is also outdoor seating on the front porch as well. The natural light is glorious in this home and the overall atmosphere is tranquil. A great place to relax.
