Dubbed "The Coconos House" by our then 2 year old we know you'll love our Poconos getaway as much as we do.

Enjoy our 4 bedroom (1 king downstairs, 2 queens and a bunk room with 4 double mattresses upstairs), 2 full bathroom house, its large outdoor deck with a winter igloo that provides cover for the table, propane and charcoal bbq grills, and lots of space to sleep.

Located within the beautiful Penn Estates community, with seasonal access to outdoor pool, playground, ball fields, and lakes.

You'll be within 20 minutes of Camelback, Kalahari, and other ski slopes, several wineries, and downtown Stroudsburg, as well as under 15 minutes to The Crossings Premium Outlet.

Why they chose this property

During COVID my family visited the Poconos as our first trip with my parents and sisters during the summer after a winter/spring of bizzaro-world lockdown. Our then-2-year-old dubbed the vacation house the "Coconos House" as she had a hard time pronouncing Poconos (and everyone thought it was cute so nobody correcter her lol). It got me thinking that I would love to have a vacation home in the area and the way to do that would be to host it to other guests.

After a fall and winter of hemming and hawing with home prices going crazy we got our little slice of heaven and are so happy to welcome you to our house. It's minutes from all the best things to do in the Poconos and nestled in the secure Gated Community of Penn Estates. Swimming pools, basketball courts, playgrounds, lakes, this place has it all.

We couldn't be more excited to share everything our Coconos House has to offer with you and your guests. Enjoy!
