It has many amenities including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and two walk-in closets. All utilities included (electric, gas, water, wifi), new paint throughout the unit, new floor tile in kitchen, new carpets in bedrooms and closets. This unit can be conveniently shared by two adult renters. Fully furnished. I'll be glad to show you this beautiful property.
