Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. ** Cashless Resort
There is no cash available at this resort and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

** To check-in: When arriving at the resort, enter through the porte-cochere, take the escalator down and follow the directional signs along the pathway to Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club, passing the entrance to the main hotel lobby (on your left) and taking a right at Lamonts toward the end of the pathway. The Marriott Vacation Club Owner and Guest Services area will be located on your left, adjacent to the Owner Relations office.

** Beginning Aug. 12, 2024, to Dec. 18, 2024, Marriott’s Kaua`i Beach Club will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

** Beginning March 2023, exterior Building Painting will impact villa views and lanai use due to the necessary cables and scaffolding when the tower is being worked on. The hotel co-located with Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club is renovating common areas throughout 2024. As these areas are shared facilities, please be aware the Fitness Center and Food and Beverage outlets will be relocated during these renovations. One whirlpool at a time and the adjacent portion of the pool will be closed off however the other 4 whirlpools and surrounding pool area will remain open. Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club Owners and guests staying at the resort may be impacted by the above as well as noise from the renovation while enjoying the common areas of the property as well as in their villa. Please note ADA routes will be provided, however, may be impacted.
