I own 16 homes in Denver and my primary renting to relocations offering dedicated rentals with furnished options while these relocations look to buy. The homes are dedicated to them until they do buy. We offer the homes this way jointly with realty services. That said when we don't have relocations in our homes under this joint service we will rent them based on availability by the month with 30 day minimum. We can do up to 60 or 90 days depending the situation.
