I have been managing vacation rental properties since 2018. I loved the area of Punta Cana, and specifically the Cocotal community and decided to purchase and renovate this condo there.
Why they chose this property
I have rented many other properties in the area and desired to have something where everything was new and worked properly, as well as being user friendly (appliances, utilities, etc) This property has all of that and more.
