Hamphouse.

This beautiful 1930's home has been a labour of love for the past 5 years. The interior reflects a love of art and a certain European influence.  The in-floor heating is very comfortable and top of the line with a thermostat for each room.  The gourmet kitchen and adjacent sitting room and dining room area is magazine worthy.  It is ideally situated in Beautiful Oak Bay village, only a few minutes to walk to all amenities including great restaurants and a short walk to the ocean.  If you don't feel like driving, a bus stop is close by and will take you downtown in 10 mins.
