Walk to the beach for sunrise with your morning coffee! Walk or bike to Flagler Ave. for shopping, restaurants, festivals and more! Drive down the beach to NSB Inlet for amazing surfing! Half a block to the beach and half a block to the intracoastal. Canal St. is a short 5min. drive over the North Causeway with more restaurants, shopping and festivals! Family friendly neighborhood, nap in the hammock with the sea breeze or relax on the front porch with a beach read! Watch Kennedy Space center rocket launches from the house!
