Newly remodeled home in a modern style, this home has space galore. With three king size bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a large office, there is room for everyone. The backyard overlooks the 3rd hole at the Mission Hills North - Gary Player course, a daily fee course that exceeds expectations. With a private backyard and no homes on the opposite side of the course, you can relax and take in the mountain views from the pool or backyard living room. In the guard gated community of Mira Vista, this home is a great place to get away and relax in the sun!

Street is actually called "Calle Del Norte" but some maps refer to as Calleda Norte for some reason.

Why they chose this property

It's a fantastic, open layout with bright windows and 12 foot ceilings. Remodeled with a modern touch, it's the right amount of cozy while having a modern desert vibe.

What makes this property unique

This home is 20 minutes from nearly anywhere in the valley, making it super convenient to get to all the great restaurants, golf courses and community hot spots. Situated on a .25 acre lot with no homes opposite on the course, you can enjoy privacy while floating in the pool and enjoying the sun. Also, the golf course it overlooks is one of the nicest daily fee courses in the desert, allowing you to trek the 625 yards to the club house and play whenever you like!
