This beautiful fully remodeled condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our home is in an ideal location, up in the hills yet not far from all that you need for a great vacation. The community amenities include year-round heated outdoor pool, 2 outdoor hot tubs, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, racquetball courts, ping pong and game room, gym, sauna and laundry facilities. The Lift, free bus line that provides access to Fraser and Winter Park is right outside the building!

This spacious condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay with updated finishes, tasteful furniture, and modern electronics. The condo includes a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area with electric fireplace that provides ample room for your group to lounge.

Once inside, you’ll be ready to relax and enjoy either your favorite shows on the smart TV in the living area or relax on the sofa to read a book with mountain views. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and baking, including all the utensils and full-size appliances.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, all living spaces and sleeping areas are available for your full use.
Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.

Grand County is located in the heart of the Rockies and as a whole is a gem. It has a friendly, local atmosphere and plenty to explore. During the summer season, there are music, art, and food festivals aplenty. Come winter we are host to world-renowned skiing and other outdoor snowy activities like snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, and dog sled rides to name a few.
