Fully renovated, charming house (duplex) on an amazing lot. Almost half an acre, the property is covered in a canopy of live oaks, with a large deck for soaking up the shade. 10 mins to downtown, 15 mins to Folly Beach, and very close to The Pourhouse and the restaurants/bars of the Terrace Plaza. Very close to the James Island County Park, which is an amazing resource with a dog park, walking trails, fishing pier, and a climbing wall.
