Our apartment is centrally located just 500 meters and 6' walking distance from the metro station of Viktoria which will get you in less than 10 minutes to the Acropolis, Syntagma square and Monastiraki. It is ideal for families, couples or friends that prefer a quiet and relaxing apartment with every amenity you might need for a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is 77m² and it is located on the third floor. There are some stairs in the entrance before accessing the elevator. It consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a bathroom and additionally it has a balcony overlooking Kodrigktonos street and Agios Panteleimon church, the largest Orthodox church in Greece. Both bedrooms have double beds with brand new mattresses that will ensure a pleasant night’s sleep. Two more people can sleep on the sofa that can be converted to a comfortable double bed. Living room and the two bedrooms have A/Cs and smart TVs with Netflix. There is a separate study room next to the living room. You may also find a washing machine located in the bathroom.
