Come experience the best Moon-rise view in Annapolis! Located just two miles from the stadium, on the West Annapolis side, this riverfront home is the definition of convenience and relaxation.

The bright, formal living room has a TV, two love seats, and two chairs for comfortable conversation. The waterfront family room has a large L-shaped couch, cozy chairs, and an inviting daybed/couch. The sunroom completely opens up to the pool. Lounge on the big comfy couch, poolside, and watch the boats go by. There is a great flow between the kitchen, dining areas, and outdoors! The kitchen features all the amenities for preparing and enjoying a gourmet meal with a water view. On either side of the kitchen, you will find one of the two additional dining options, a round table in the informal dining area, and a large formal dining room that seats up to eight people. There is an outdoor round dining table for up to six people, as well.

With this location, you will have Chesapeake wildlife at your door. You are up on a bluff overlooking Weems Creek off of the Severn River. The Point gives you 180-degree views, with seating and a firepit for leisurely evenings. There is a gas grill for your use, as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
