Welcome to my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite located in the heart of Spring Valley! Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those in the city for business!

This ground-floor unit is close to shops, and restaurants, minutes to the Strip, Allegiant Stadium, I-15 and 215-Belt Way, Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, and Harry Reid International Airport. Laurelwood Park, Durango School Park and Spring Valley Park are nearby!

Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

Catch your favorite movies on our 50” TV that you can access on your own streaming app and Cox Contour TV Ultimate including 250+ unique channels!

The cozy living room is perfect for relaxation and everything you need to prepare your at home meals are in the kitchen!

The master has a comfortable queen-sized bed, a dedicated workspace and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin-sized beds.

There is a sparkling non-heated shared pool where you and your families or friends can enjoy!

High-speed WiFi with a download speed of up to 250 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps and 1 free parking space are all available during your stay!
