Why they chose this property

This is a quaint neighborhood, with cute bungalows and cottages full of characters. You can enjoy a short walk on castle heights neighborhood, where the Cottonland castle is (Gaineses' castle). The house is less than 10 minutes from downtow, Baylor University, Magnolia table, Magnolia market, and the Hotel 1928. The house is close to groceries, restaurants, shopping mall, and gas station.

What makes this property unique

Newly renovated, keeping some original features such as hardwood floors and accent wall of original shiplap. We created an oasis backyard where kids and baby furs can play, and adults can relax under the mature pecan trees.
