Oversized 4 bedroom home with awesome space for your family right on the water! The backyard is the Bay which offers many activities including digging for clams, tide walking, and playing in the water. Walking distance to JJ's, Xochi's, Oyster Bar, Pharmacy & Convenience store! The open sand for ATV & RZR use is only blocks away.

We just added 3 new AC units to help with the summer months. Garage available to park vehicle or toys! Open space for your family to enjoy!

We are strict on the head count! Water is hauled for this property. If you run out of water, unplug the pump in the garage & call me to refill $16
Extreme high tides every 2 weeks. Please do not park your cars or toys on the beach side of the house. It may or may not be that high tide week.
