The Space:
This 3-bedroom cabin rental is perfect for families and groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the porches and grilling or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or enjoying the spacious floor plan and furnishings, the beautiful mountain view offers the perfect backdrop to your relaxing getaway in the mountains!

The Main Floor features an open living room with a wall of windows highlighting the view. There is a gas fireplace and Streaming TV, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable October through April as they heat the entire cabin.) There is a half bath with a washer, dryer, iron/ironing board, broom, and mop for guests to use as needed.
The main level porch has a gorgeous lounge area overlooking the mountains with a dining table that seats 6-7, wood fireplace, Streaming TV, outdoor furniture, and a gas grill that is connected to the main line.

The dining room table seats 8-10. The kitchen is fully equipped with an ice maker, knife set, Keurig, mixing utensils, cutting boards, BBQ tools, pots and pans, baking sheets, silverware, wine opener, can opener, scissors, scoop, peeler, strainer, hand mixer, blender, toaster, Tupperware, kettle, casserole dishes, muffin pan, and dishes.

The main floor also features a Queen bedroom with Streaming TV and an attached bathroom with a tile walk in shower.

In the Loft there is a workspace with a desk and printer. There is a King master suite with a Streaming TV and an attached bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a tile walk in shower.

The Lower Level features an entertainment area with a pool table, gas fireplace, Streaming TV, games, and a wet bar. The wet bar has a mini fridge, Keurig, and a small sink. The bedroom on this level has two full size beds and a streaming TV. The bathroom on this level has a tub shower.

The lower level deck features outdoor furniture and a hot tub that seats 6 at a time.

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
Minimum age to book this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement PDF.
No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)
No pets allowed. This is to respect the owners pet allergies and potential guest allergies. Due to past guests ignoring this rule, if pets are brought to the cabin without being approved, there will be a $400 fine. We take this seriously to help our guests feel safe at all times.
Roads to this cabin are fully paved. Driveway can fit 3-4 cars and is not suitable for RV's, boats, trailers, etc.
