About the host

I teach yoga because I want others to experience the gift that my yoga practice has given me – SELF-CARE. “You can’t pour from an empty cup,” has been a helpful reminder to me that I need to take care of myself first before I can serve others. My yoga practice is my way of filling up that cup so I have something of value to offer others. This self-nourishment is what I want for my students when they’re on their yoga mat.
Your yoga can be a way of expressing creativity and playfulness. Enjoying your practice is also about being comfortable in your own skin and being grateful for everything your body is able to do.
This is my mission. The words in my statement might change as my own personal life evolves, but one thing will stay the same – I will continue to share the wonderful practice of yoga with as many people as possible for as long as I can.

Why they chose this property

The energy this place transmit is breathtaking, this first time a visited this place I just fall in love with the presence of Nature. The silence and the clear peaceful experience connected my heart to the magic that this place has to offer.
Other things to note
We always have propane for our grill on the deck and firewood for our large firepit. Our favorite part of the property is exploring the 20 acres on our trails and the labyrinth.
Currently, we have trails throughout the property, and we are in the process of maintaining.
The Dove Trail – This is relatively flat. It’s a covered pass to this magical experience and provides the option to veer off onto more trails.
The Temple Trail – On this trail, you’ll go through the Enchanted Forest. Be careful not to wake the sleeping dragon and listen for the talking trees. Towards the end of the trail, you’ll go through the troll forest. Keep your eyes peeled for these tiny creatures.
The Labyrinth Trail – This is the shortest of the trails that will take you to a clearing on the property which will give you a direct view of the pine trees area and our labyrinth.
Just passed the clearing you'll enter the fairy forest. If you're quiet, you'll see fairies in the trees.

What makes this property unique

MEET A MANATEE Welcome to the Manatee Capital of The World! Let an experienced guide take you through the crystal-clear waters of our local springs where you can swim alongside these gentle giants! Nowhere else will you find more manatees than here in Crystal River, Homosassa, and the waters of Florida’s Citrus County. Each winter between 500 and 1000 manatees are drawn here by three first magnitude spring systems, each with a constant temperature of 72° to 74° F (23° C). It is the most important natural warm water refuge for manatees along the Gulf Coast of Florida. Even in the warm summer months, up to 100 manatees remain here all year.
