Why they chose this property

Riverside Rose is unique in that you feel like your in a quiet riverfront cottage though you're just minutes from downtown Nashville. Our family bought and renovated this in 2022 as a corporate rental (30+ day stay) and so far guests have loved it!

Here are what some other guests said from another platform:

Denis - August 2022:
We stayed at Matt’s Airbnb for a month and we loved it. Was super clean and the decor was beautiful. Matt was an amazing host took care of anything that came up randomly and was a great communicator. He even send me links to some of the items in the house because we wanted to purchase for our new house :). Most of the needed items were provided, just grab with you some cleaning supplies if you want or he has a cleaner that can come out as well. The house was right by the river and there were some deer that would visit us. Everything in the Airbnb was thought through. One of the rooms had a desk so if you work from home it’s perfect. Both tvs are smart tvs. Most importantly the ac worked great because we were there in the middle of summer. Location wise is it a 15 min drive to downtown and a quick drive to the gulch area and German town. Overall super happy with our time there.

Greta - November 2022:
Not only is this place even BETTER than the photos, but Matt is the kindest, most hospitable host i’ve ever had on AirBnb. (That is saying a LOT, as i’ve been nomadically AirBnB-ing for 2 years.) His kindness, humor, responsiveness, and care made me feel immediately at home. The view of the river is absolutely spectacular and this house is STEPS from Shelby Bottoms paved wooded trail which has 10 miles of walking paths. I wish i could have stayed forever!!!!!

The house has ALL the amenities — great
coffee setup, high pressure shower, perfect washer dryer, etc. You can feel the ownership pride in this place ❤️. Thanks again!!!!

What makes this property unique

In addition to the amazing views of the General Jackson and the Cumberland River, the property is just one block away from thr Shelby Park Greenway which is an amazing park.
