Nicely furnished and very private with a large sliding door that provides an indoor/outdoor living space. The patio becomes an extension of the living room creating a much more spacious and connected studio.
Walk-in closet to the bathroom and modern built in kitchen.
Enjoy a relaxing time on the ocean view rooftop and take your time in the well equipped gym. Uniformed security guard monitoring the entrance door 24/7 for your safety.

There’s no parking space for cars inside the condo but there’s a designated parking spot for motorcycles and bicycles.
