Basing your fun with friends and family here, you will have an excellent mix of relaxation, fun and proximity to: - The Anderson Japenese Gardens - Rock Cut State Park (14 minutes away, filled with trails, kayaking, paddle boats, and wild turkeys) - Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens - Discovery (Children's) Musuem - Klehm Arboretum - Volcano Falls Adventure Park - Rockford Art Musuem - Aldeen Golf Club (directly in your back yard) - Blackhawk Springs Forest Preserve - Atwood Mountain Bike Park - And who could forget, delicious food Not to mention -- Chicago is only 90 minutes away, as is Milwaukee, and Madison, WI (60 minutes).

What makes this property unique

Guests will have access to the full home, hot tub, pool house, attached and detached garage, and private decks and yard. We have a separate listing with availability beginning through June 1, 2023 that excludes in-law quarters; message us if you are wanting to book before June 1 and we can accommodate accordingly. Please note, 1-2 staff will be staying in isolated separate in-law quarters during May to help ensure a successful launch of this home at large for guests. PLEASE NOTE: - The ninth (9th) "bedroom" listed is the separate pool house which is an open area with a large kitchen and TV. The beds in this space include two twin daybeds. - The eighth (8th) bedroom is the in-law quarters attached to the attached garage
