 <3 minute walk from beach, bay, and harbor. Open living spaces, chef's kitchen, AC, Fios. New pool deck, brand new for 2023 heated salt-water pool, hot tub, 3 outdoor showers, cedar sauna, and backyard strung with hammocks and an occasional sling.
4 proper bedrooms plus additional sleeping loft.  Main house has primary suite with king bed and en suite bath, guest room with two twin beds, and sleeping loft with two twin beds. Detached guest house has two more bedrooms with queen beds, 1.5 baths, and full kitchen.
 Sleeps 10 comfortably between main house and guest house. 4 bedrooms, sleeping loft, 3.5 baths, 3 outdoor showers, and 2 full kitchens .
House is registered Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary with selection of native host plants. Veggie garden for guests use.
