We designed every room to create the perfect environment for your next summer family vacation! You will find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with large countertop seating six, a connected dining room, an inviting family room with 75” Smart TV and Bose sound bar. The primary bedrooms on the first & second floor include king size beds, Smart TVs (Samsung frame art display in the primary) & walk-in closets and baths. Two additional bedrooms complete the second floor for your guests that share the third full bathroom. One bedroom includes a queen size bed with twin pull out trundle and walk in closet, and the other bedroom a queen bed. The loft area has its own 65” Smart TV, Bose streaming audio, Xbox game system and Verizon cable and high-speed Wi-Fi, that is available throughout the house. Enjoy our fantastic outdoor living space with a Weber Grill and plenty of seating. Don't miss the incredible sunsets overlooking the pond. All the furniture is brand new; kitchen has all the supplies needed and a paper product starter package is included for your convenience. A state-of-the-art fitness center is also available. Guests will have access to the world-renowned private Jack Nicklaus golf course ranked as a top course in Delaware (extra fee applies). There are also water sports on the bay through paddle board and kayak rentals.

This is our first-year renting and we are committed to provide you with best experience for your vacation. This starts when you arrive at the property with keyless check-in and simplifying the club access by submitting the guest forms beforehand. We want to ensure that you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free to enjoy your vacation.

AMENITIES MENU AND PRICING
Guests will have optional access to the world-renowned private Jack Nicklaus golf course on property. There is easy access to the stunning nature trails, fishing pier, private beach, Lakeside Village Center featuring tennis/pickle-ball courts, wave pool, spa, outdoor adult pool, new outdoor family pool, terrace grill, Olympic-sized indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, beautiful gym and yoga studio, lighted basketball courts, and large kids game room and nature center. Water sports on the bay through paddleboard and kayak rentals are also available.

• In Season 18 holes: $200 (May 28th - Sep 5th)
• In Season 9 holes: $127 (May 28th - Sep 5th)
• Off Season 18 holes: $132 (Sep 6th - May 27th)
• Off Season 9 holes: $92 (Sep 6th - May 27th)
• Includes golf cart fees. Clubs and practice range can be purchased/rented at the clubhouse separately.

• These fees exclude golf fees. Tennis and pickle-ball courts must be reserved prior to use with a $10 charge for in season and $5 for off season. This will allow 90 to 120 minutes of court time. Max 2 reservations per day. During the in-season, the fitness and pool facilities are closed to renters on Saturdays.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The Peninsula requires submission of the Gatehouse Registration Form 10 days prior to rental start. Please let us know if your booking window has passed to check if we are able to accommodate.

We provide conformers and pillows; linens and bath towels are not included (but can be accommodated for an additional cost)

The Peninsula allows three cars per house - there is garage space for a compact vehicle, two cars can fit in the driveway and there is overflow parking just around the corner on Blue Crab Ave.

The rental is from Saturday to Saturday, and this property does not accept pets due to HOA restrictions.
