It has a full kitchen equipped for making a home-cooked meal, a pull-out couch for additional guests, and garage parking. You also have 1GB WiFi, a flat-screen TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN), and a pac man arcade with 12 classic games to keep you entertained for hours. Why they chose this property

We bought this house because of the location. We love hiking the trails on the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and capping off the day by sipping a cocktail as the sun sets behind the mountains.

What makes this property unique

This home is in a great location, close to north Scottsdale and central Phoenix. Walking out the front door, you are a short walking distance to a hiking trail to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
