The space
Coastal Azul is a gorgeous contemporary waterfront home . Located in Punta Gorda Isles, with a swimming pool, lanai, BBQ grill, and much more, . It is newly renovated, light, bright, pristine clean, with new appliances and furnishings and fully equipped with beautiful amenities. The kitchen is inviting and the master suite has a designer ensuite bathroom. with a glorious rain shower. Coastal Azul is a short 5 minute drive to Fisherman's Village where you can shop, dine and experience spectacular sunsets. Sunset cruises are also available as well as renting bikes, boats, etc. Downtown offers Farmers Markets on Saturdays and live music almost every night with additional restaurants and bars. No Pets.

Other things to note
Florida in the summer can get very warm. When setting the Air conditioning temperature inside the home it can only get 15 degrees cooler than outside. If you set to 60 degrees you can freeze the unit and it will not cool. During the hottest part of the day close curtains to keep the home cooler. Keep doors closed.....

Punta Gorda Isles is a peaceful, serene welcoming neighborhood. We love the backyard to relax, BBQ and enjoy the pool by the amazing water view! The sunsets are also spectacular! We love how close we are to Fisherman Village, where you can dine, shop and experience music and amazing sunsets!

Coastal Azul, is a show stopper! Remodeled and pristine clean. It is located in the desirable area of Punta Gorda Isles, which is known for its beautiful canals and proximity to Fisherman's Island. Additionally, Coastal Azul has been remodeled and features an amazing rain shower in the master bath adding to its appeal. There are also bikes for your enjoyment. Fish from the backyard. Guests will be drawn to the unique combination of location and amenities that the Coastal Azul offers.
