The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary ustensils which also includes an independent hot plate typical of Oaxaca (COMAL) for your morning tortillas. Casa Natura is a 5 bedroom, fully staffed beach ocean view house located in San Agustinillo, Oaxaca, Mexico. It is an adventurous, tropical and atypical place that requires an open mind. It is very different from a aseptic 5 star hotel.

RULES, OPTIONAL MEALS AND STYAFF SCHEDULES:

The house requires that our staff sleeps in its own space close to the house during the stay of our guests, to guarantee a good service, cleanliness, and operation of the house. Amalia and Tomas live there and are very respectful, honest and dedicated. They will not impact as all your privacy. Both oversee general housekeeping cleaning, pool maintenance, light maintenance, laundry and all necessary shopping and security. Their working schedule is from 8 AM to 6 PM. The rent of CASA NATURA includes the service of AMALIA and TOMAS.

OPTIONAL MEALS:

Fr a full vacation experience and upon your decision, Amalia (who is a cook) will discuss with you the meals to be cooked and the breakfast & lunch schedules. If needed, she can take care of the shopping too. Amalia has some agreements with local suppliers bringing local and fresh products. We suggest you give her money in advance for shopping; she will give you a full description list of what was bought and will keep you informed of balances.

MEALS, the following rules apply:

Breakfast:
Breakfast is normally served until 11 AM. Although this rule can be flexible, keep in mind that lunch must be prepared and if breakfast is served late, it compromises lunch's preparation and setup.

Lunch:
Lunch should not be served beyond 4 PM so that the personnel has time to clean up before their shift is over.

Dinner extra:
Amalia and Tomas can work a second shift if you need them to prepare and serve dinner. Their second shift schedule is from 6 to 11 pm with a costs of around $15 dollars per person (around $300 Mexican pesos). Therefore, $30 dollars for the two to serve dinner and perform house chores until 11 pm.

LENGTH OF STAY
If your stay is seven days or more, please allow the personnel to have a full free day from work. discuss with them when this could fit your schedule best. Each of them can take their break during different days, so you can always depend on a staff of one person.

HYGIENE PRODUCTS:
The house offers basic hygiene items such as shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper and tissues; all additional consumer items are to be brought by guest.

POOL RULES
Children under 6 years old are not allowed as the house has a pool attached to one of the two living rooms, which does not have any protection for non-swimmers. Any non-swimmers have to be fully supervised by an adult swimmer.

INCIDENT:
The owners of CASA NATURA are not accountable and will not be responsible in any way for accidents of any sort throughout the house, including in the pool area, on the beach or in the sea. This includes insect stings.

ACCESS:
CASA NATURA is suitable for children (but not for very young children because of the swimming pool). Access on foot is not recommended for people with reduced mobility (steep dirt road to return from the beach).
