- None face to face communication. Our properties are keyless, code to enter the property is given prior to your check in time.
Our properties are standalone, private vacation homes with no shared amenities.
- A safety Protocol has been deployed to ensure the well-being of our guests and personnel. Please do follow the protocol recommendations as it will make your stay more pleasant.
- A Pre-check in cleaning has come into place sanitizing high-touch surfaces introducing bleach-based cleaning solution, bleach-based wipes, and hand sanitizer to our housekeeping personnel.
- Check out care is taken rigorously under the World Health Organization (WHO) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) standards.

Our team is here for you to meet the demands of what a great experience really needs. When you walk in the property you will get to experience a place that will get you everything that is required for the comfort of a quality stay.
Security deposit: $200 Fully refundable if no damages or cleaning issues at the property.
For long stays of 28 days or more, a 2,000 security deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or deep cleaning required. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and maintaining cleanliness throughout the duration of their stay. Any damages or DEEP cleaning fees after the rent expiration will be deducted from the security deposit.
