The home has 2 bedrooms on the main floor with 2 lofts that have an additional 4 single beds. Perfect for groups that want to share a space. Within a 10-minute drive from the San Pedro Town Airport, the indulgences and tropical warmth of Belize awaits.

Whether you want to lounge in the shade, sun, or in the inside, this House has you covered. Featuring a standard grill and comfortable seating for everyone. When it's time to head inside, just slip by the waterside patio and step through the wide doors into the bright, beautiful and spacious kitchen and living room. With design as cosmopolitan as it is comfortable, the cool bedrooms and private bathrooms are your oasis within an oasis.

Guests are able to access the whole home.

The house is entirely yours during your stay but our team is only a call away if anything is needed!

Want to take a stroll? Breeze on down to the coffee shop for an iced coconut latte, then work it off in the yoga studio across the way! Check out the stall market for a light lunch, featuring everything from tacos to authentic Southern BBQ, but save your appetite for a high-end sushi meal at the stunning Jyoto restaurant! Explore the island on a golf cart or boat and tour the beautiful town of San Pedro, with an incredible selection of bars and restaurants and exciting activities!


Located in San Pedro Town within Mahogany Bay Village. The area is a private gated community with Restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Transportation on the island is predominantly golf cart. Guests can easily rent a cart while also have canal access and boat slip. The airport or water taxis service is only 10 minutes away. Free parking is available.

We are located at the Mahogany Bay Village Resort south of San Pedro. Kindly note that we are not part of the Resort. This means that we do not have access to the Resort Private Beach Club. However, Beaches in San Pedro are easily accessible and at the moment the most trending beach is Secret Beach located north of the Island.

The only amenities that is accessible to us are the Resort restaurants, bar businesses and other food stalls. The Swimming Pool is part of the resort as well as the workout room which we don't have access
