River Farm Escape is a 19 acre farm with 5 luxury tiny cottages on the banks of the Pigeon River. Pavilion and pickle ball court when available. Fields, ponds, walking trails and nature are the focus. The Cold Mountain has a queen master, a bunk bed on main level , a loft accessed by a ladder great for reading, play, or sleep fir kids- 2 twin beds in loft- limited head space great for kids - Full bathroom with tub shower and lush linens. Full kitchen, gas stove, Kuerig coffee pot with local coffee starter kit,
Living room with smart tv, electric fireplace, Wi-Fi and a surprise welcome gift. Covered porch facing river with 2 rocking chairs. Private fire pit to enjoy!
All the grounds and 3 walk bridges to access the beautiful river

River Farm Escape is located in Bethel between Waynesville and Canton. Easy drive to Asheville or Maggie Valley. Conveniently located near the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking, tubing, rafting, biking ( New Chestnut Mountain Park) and surrounding attractions. River Farm Escape is situated on a farm property with swimming and fishing on the property. A Pavilion and Pickle Ball Court is free to use based on availability. Walking trails and nature are at your back door
Free parking is the left of your Tiny cottage. A short drive to a local burger joint or into to Waynesville or Canton for a great local restaurant. Biking is Big in Haywood County so sign up for a local race.
PETS
This home is not pet friendly. There will be a $350 fine
for violation of the no pet policy in order to ensure a
clean, safe, and peaceful environment for all guests.
