One of a kind, private, fully remodeled custom estate with no finishes spared, this centrally located property is perfect for families and groups looking to relax, play, and enjoy all San Diego has to offer. Overlook the beautiful canyon during sunset while enjoying the heated pool and large game room and movie theater.

Guests will enjoy spacious living areas, comfy bedrooms, various games, & ample on-site parking. We look forward to hosting you!

We provide full concierge service for all types of activities and gladly provide recommendations for restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy America’s Finest City to its fullest extent possible.

Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation.

Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily
No smoking at the property.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots or other business use.

You can expect this listing to be clean but due to our close proximity to the beach you may find a permanent stain or minor breakage; we routinely replace items with cosmetic damage but not after every guest.

Please note that scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist in the property that were not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest.

We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase.

For electric jacuzzi : if it doesn't work during your stay - the host is not held liable for it
