The unit is fully furnished with a 55" smart TV in the living room, comfortable queen size bed, and fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need such as silverware, microwave, toaster, dishes, coffee, and air fryer. We also offer a complimentary bottle of wine, snacks, & bottled water.

OCCUPANCY:

This unit allows 3 overnight guests (Up to 4 total with fee/host's approval). Feel free to have guests over, however, you are not allowed to have more 5 people inside the unit at any given time.


AIR MATTRESS:

Upon request and for a fee, we will provide a queen-size air mattress with fresh linens, as well as additional towels, and other amenities.

Only an air mattress confirmed at time of reservation is guaranteed.


PARKING: Free on-site parking is offered. Additional details for parking will be provided after booking.


GATHERINGS:
Out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict "No Party" policy. No more than 5 guest allowed in the unit.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit.
There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.


CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability & May cost a fee. Please communicate any needed special accommodations in advance.
