This well designed 500 square foot one bedroom, one-bathroom suite boasts 9 ft. ceilings, with modern finishes and views to die for. It features exceptional SW views of downtown Victoria's unique mix of modern construction and historic architecture as well as ocean and mountain glimpses.

The designer kitchen consists of an induction cooktop, wall oven, drawer dishwasher, build in fridge and quartz countertop. The unit also features a large entry closet and washer/dryer. The single sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for one additional guest.

The new, modern Yates on Yates building is centrally located, urban and enviably walkable. Surrounded by hip restaurants, trendy shops and cultural icons like the vintage Odeon cinema and the world-class Alix Goolden Performance Hall.

The new building comes complete with amenities such as a rooftop terrace with loungers, BBQs and panoramic views, bike storage (please check with us first) and secure underground parking for one vehicle.

You will receive the important Check-in information email and text message 7 days before arrival that will prompt you to set up an arrival plan with our Representative.

CHECK IN is between 4 pm and 10 pm P.S.T. and CHECK OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate special earlier check in requests but there are no guarantees.
