The main living room has a 65" Vizio smart TV with a YouTubeTV account that gives you access to 70 channels including local news. The Master BR has a 50" smart Vizio TV, too. Both Queen Bedrooms have 42" smart TV's too. Sign in on your Netflix, Hulu, or one of many apps on our tv's!

You'll feel right at home with the fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cook ware, utensils, and many small appliances. The patio has a propane gas grill and sitting area for relaxing. The home is full of new furniture, has new flooring, paint, washer, dryer, and new appliances. Each bedroom has new luxury linen and towels.

Professional housecleaning is provided after each guest visit. Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an additional cost.

We allow pets for an additional deposit. Our property requires a 31-day minimum stay. If you have questions, just message us! We are hotel professionals that have made this our personal alternative for guests, but with "old school" hospitality! We look forward to welcoming you soon!

House Rules:
* Absolutely NO SMOKING. Smoking will result in eviction with forfeit of any rent or deposit payments plus a fee of $200 per day.
* Minimum of 31 days.
* Quiet time 9pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors in this quiet neighborhood with strict HOA regulations.
* Garage can house 2 cars; guest parking on the street where the curb IS NOT painted RED. HOA tows cars against the RED curbs.
* Please clean up daily after pets. The turf in back needs to be hosed at least once/week to keep it clean.
