Broadway Boulevard as rich with amazing restaurants and places to visit. The street can be busy during rush hour

Brand new building with two apartments on each side period. Living room kitchen and dining space on the first floor, and three rooms and two bathrooms on the second floor.

The backyard is quite small but good enough for bbq and relaxation.
