Tiny cabin at the base of the Cullasaja Gorge.

Welcome to the Barefoot Den! Get cozy and settle into this rustic and romantic space. Barefoot Den is small but cozy. Located in the Cullasaja Gorge, just 20 minutes to Highlands, NC and 15 minutes to downtown Franklin, NC, guest will have plenty to do! Visit nearby waterfalls such as Dry Falls and Cullasaja Falls, great shopping and many wonderful restaurants to choose from. The cabin has a brand new Avocado mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep!

The cabin sits on a hill above another private residence. The driveway is gravel and does have an incline. AWD is recommended but not required. Cabin is located on a scenic highway so traffic can be heard.
